The Annual General Meeting will be held at 6pm Thursday 21st October 2021

at the Upstairs Bar, Three Swans Pub, King Street, Frome

AGENDA

1. Apologies for absence
2. To approve the Minutes of the 2019 AGM
3. To approve the Director’s Report
4. To approve the Treasurer’s Report & Approval of Accounts 
5. To elect the President, and Executive Committee members.
6. SPECIAL RESOLUTION to replace the Memorandum and Articles of the company with the new Articles.
7. Any Other Business

Any Member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place.
