Enterprising Women Course

Work on your own idea, project, or venture as part of a group of women who want to make things happen.

You will find community, accountability, and encouragement, alongside other women who want to develop entrepreneurial skills and confidence.

Enterprising Women exists to help you take your first steps in turning your ideas into reality using a hands-on approach that prioritises learning by doing. The course is for all women, no matter your background or stage of life. No textbooks or qualifications needed – all you need is an appetite to make things happen and an initial idea you would like to test.

Over the course, we’ll help you build your confidence, resilience, and resourcefulness. The course introduces you to the tools, skills, and knowledge you need to start your business journey – example sessions include business planning, financial planning, and branding – and offers you time to reflect on both your business ideas and what you want from life.

The course combines workshops and ‘sprints’. Workshops are led by an Edventure Facilitator or by an experienced industry professional, both women and men. They’re designed to be interactive, engaging, and practical. Sprints invite people to work on specific tasks over a number of sessions with clear expectations and deadlines – they’re fast-paced, fun, collaborative and prioritise action.
